The perfect boat

Tanaka is a modern interpretation of traditional Indonesian boat used to trade spices and merchandises between the multiple islands of Indonesia. Tanaka represents the perfect balance between traditions and technologies to offer his passengers the best experience possible.

38 – metre long, 2 mats, 2 decks, under full sail Tanaka won’t go unnoticed inside Komodo National Park. It took 3 years to build from scratch this magnificent piece of craftsmanship selecting the strongest essence of wood and best workers of Sulawesi. His French owner attention to details pays off when you realize the quality of the work, details and design put into this boat.

The Cabins

Tanaka offers 5 spacious cabins decorated with Indonesian touches and modern design giving it a very comfortable style. 2 deluxe cabins with one double bed and one single bed, 2 superior cabins – one with double bed and one with 3 single beds making it perfect for children and 1 suite with one double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds in a separated room. All cabins feature en-suite bathrooms with hot water shower, wardrobes and air-conditioning so that Tanaka can comfortably accommodate between 8 and 14 passengers.

Life Onboard

Tanaka has been designed to give the best cruising experience possible to its passengers. At the stern is the dinning area with 2 tables where you will enjoy the wonderful cuisine made by Tanaka’s chef. Seafood, Indonesian oriented cuisine and chef signature plate will be served during your cruise. There is also large matrass and beanbags to rest. At the bow an open deck with table, chairs and beanbags are waiting for you. It is the perfect spot to play cards or enjoy a drink during sunset time.

The English cruise director onboard will make sure you have everything onboard and will choose the best place to visit and when to go to make your stay aboard Tanaka unforgettable.
